|Recommended: YesA Good Place To Live Though There's Ongoing Rough Spots. — Ultimately this place is a fine place to live, especially where I'm at. Maintenance has been stellar and the property staff have been very attentive with my needs. However, the recent transition to their new management website has lead to double payment issues and reports of late rent' despite automatic payments being set up for my account. I'm currently waiting to see if they will credit the money paid for the last late payment' to my account.
But other than that, place is fine to live thus far for the last month I've been here.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place. Okay People — You can hear the race cars at the track so but I don't mind that. The maintenance staff and front office staff are awesome.
|Recommended: YesReview — I just wish people would pick up their dogs poop out of the yard and not allow dogs to poop down by the bus stop where all the kids wait and walk through that grass. This has been an on going problem.

Also safe for my children to play outside and I don't have to worry. 100 would highly recommend
